Hi, I’m Candace.

My work lives at the intersection of administration, operations, and learning design.

For nearly a decade, I’ve translated dense information into usable systems for busy teams and executives.

Along the way, I noticed a consistent through line: I design with the user in mind, guided by what I call the ABCs — accessibility, barrier removal, and cognitive load reduction. Because when learning works for more people, organizations function better.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in systems thinking shaped by both professional practice and lived insight. I understand how policy, compliance, and internal initiatives can unintentionally create friction — and how thoughtful learning design can transform complexity into clarity.

My work centers the full range of cognitive styles present in any organization. From onboarding to compliance to internal programs, I design accessible learning frameworks that are structured, sustainable, and built to function in real-world environments.

Inclusive design isn’t an add-on in my work. It’s the starting point.
